AMA REP TEAM

The Academy of Martial Arts (AMA) teaches martial arts and the philosophy of the samurai of the past. It has been proven, that Martial Arts build self-discipline, self-esteem, focus, goal-setting skills, and better concentration. All of these are very positive aspects of the Canadian educational system making the growing and developing children into well-rounded adults with excellent character traits.

To further focus these positive attributes on young students, the AMA has created a co-ed competition Rep Team, made up of youth ages 7-15 years of age. We compete in a few local tournaments throughout our season, as well as some tournaments out of province in which we have competed in the past are the Quebec Open International also the US Open ISKA World Martial Arts Championships in Disney Florida.
