With intense training, unwavering focus, and a relentless drive, the AMA Rep Team is ready to dominate! Get ready to witness the power, precision, and passion that come with being part of the elite. Let’s make this season unforgettable!

Welcome to the Academy of Martial Arts (AMA), where we don’t just teach martial arts—we ignite the warrior spirit within! Our training goes beyond physical skills; we embody the ancient philosophy of the samurai, instilling values that last a lifetime. Martial arts is a powerful tool for building self-discipline, boosting self-esteem, sharpening focus, mastering goal-setting, and enhancing concentration. These qualities are not just valuable in the dojo, but essential for thriving in every aspect of life.

At AMA, we believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders, and that’s why we’ve created a co-ed competition Rep Team for youth ages 7-15. This dynamic group of athletes trains hard and competes in top-tier tournaments, both locally and across borders. From the high-energy atmosphere of the Quebec Open International to the prestigious US Open ISKA World Martial Arts Championships at Disney World in Florida, our team proves time and again that dedication and discipline lead to victory.

Join us at AMA and unlock your potential—because martial arts is more than a sport; it’s a way of life!
