I was in a discussion last night with a group of teenagers and this very topic surfaced. I commented on how fascinating it is that to succeed we need to stand out. Yet we occupy so much of our teenage years trying to belong and be the same as everyone else.

So I challenged them to work on it and start to develop their stand out list now. I then shared with them that they need to think of getting their AMA Black Belt as an important part of that list.
