There is a common misconception that training Martial Arts makes you aggressive. Karate is a defensive art! Meant as last resort to protect yourself! Karate is much more than kick and punch. The Martial Arts have an enormous mental component. It sharpens confidence, leadership skills, and teaches how to assert yourself. These are crucial skills, all transferable to the workplace.

- Leadership: Senior students are often, if not always given charge of juniors to either teach or train with. Senior students can come to assist kid’s classes as well, whether their children train before them, or they are an hour early. You’re given the opportunity to hone your leader skills!
- Our Values: Engrained within the Martial Arts are many values that stand out in the workforce: dedication, loyalty, honour, integrity, diligence, tenacity; character traits that are very desirable by all employers.
