Choose the Kata you would like to learn and practice, practice and practice. Then film yourself performing your best version of the newly learned kata. Submit to your Sensei/Sempai by Sunday evening by email.
Any student of AMA or Boundless who are up for the challenge
What happens next?
Your dojo will choose their top five to go against the other dojo’s . Then only three will be chosen as the winners!!!
