Stay open to not-knowing and pick up more for what you want,
You decide what the experience means to you.
You don’t have to be wrong to learn,
You don’t have to be right to be knowledgeable.
Know the area of your focus while remaining open to what’s beyond
Be aware of your concentration to apply it to your experience.

After a day of observing physical training and listening to diverse conversations, many aspects of life and personal growth were inspired. Despite not training like everyone else, a lot of tips and lessons were learned that apply to every participant. The conversations were a reminder of how staying uninvolved in a conversation helps one to expand their knowledge and perspective. There are so many ways to enjoy and grow from a situation and it’s up to our person to determine what the experience is for who we are. You are the maker of your experience!
