Pilates Props class will strengthen your core and flatten your abs with the help of some equipment.
Matwork is a fundamental fitness class that works the principles of Stott Pilates.
Stretch Class will increase your flexibility. Good flexibility is critical to the prevention of injuries.
Tai Chi works joints and muscles in a relaxing atmosphere while improving your balance and range of motion.
Meditation breathe, relax and recharge for your day.
Self Defense class will teach you realistic skills for reasonable situations & get you in shape at the same time.
Karate striking, blocking and kicking. This class works all your major muscle groups and cardio too.
Reformer In this class you will be using the classic Pilates resistance machine in a personalized class environment. (Limited to 4 participants)
